Jim Della Volpe is an achievement oriented, dynamic, Business Advisor and Executive Coach with a solid record of accomplishments within established international companies and high growth entrepreneurial environments, and as owner of his own small business.
His successful career with a worldwide industry leader includes Field Sales, where he was recognized with five high achiever awards; Corporate Training, conducting training for senior sales staff and managers; and National Account Manager, winning a $5 million dollar contract. Jim has also successfully served as a Branch Manager, Region Director, and VP of Sales.
Jim has been described as a “hands-on, feet on the street” Executive who has just the right amount of Corporate Headquarters experience…..! He has built sales teams, been responsible for managing seven Regional Managers and 60 sales representatives, managed multiple offices, and for 10 years, during his tenure at several leading niche providers in the staffing industry, has achieved phenomenal results with his mentoring techniques and entrepreneurial style, running the most profitable region with the lowest turnover of personnel. He participated in the hyper-growth of a company, over a 4 ½ year period, from 13 offices and $13 million, to 33 offices and $125 million, to IPO and change to public company. Jim develops the skills of his clients.
Jim is a 30 year veteran of the business development process. Through his association with the Institute for Independent Business (IIB), he is well positioned to assess and advise in many areas of business growth and in management practices for small and medium businesses. In 1997 Jim co-founded a family business, The Growing Tree School, Hingham, MA. The business grew from start up to full capacity within 15 months.

He is a licensee of Get Sales NOW! and is certified in Brian Tracy’s programs; Advanced Selling Techniques and Personal Success. Jim has studied with several of the leading Coaching organizations. He is an Accredited Executive Associate of the Institute for Independent Business; a U.K. based non-profit which provides support for small to medium sized businesses.
